We arrived in Terskol and spent the day recovering from jet lag, double checking gear and packing for the following days on the mountain. Sleeping at 2144m.

We completed an acclimatisation hike to peak Terskol at 3100m. The total trekking time was 5 hours. Sleeping at 2144m.
Day 3:

We moved gear up to Cheeper Azau at an altitude of 3000m. After lunch, we went for an acclimatisation climb to 3455m. Sleeping at 3000m.

We took the ski lift up to 3847m and continued climbing up to 4800m. We also practiced some self-arrest techniques. Sleeping at 3000m.

The North Summit (second summit)
2:30am start time. Beginning at 4500m, the summit push took around 6 hours. Successful summit at 8:30am. Conditions were good aside from intense winds (approx. 40-65km/h). Return back to the hut around 12pm.
Day 7:
Saying goodbye and thank you to Elbrus
Descent down to 2144m and departure from the mountain.
